This calculator determines the correct quantity of Part B hardener required for any amount of coloured resin premix.

Create a premix recipe by entering the weight of Part A resin and one or more pigments. The calculator automatically totals the pigment weight and determines the true resin content of the premix.

The Premix Summary displays pigment loading in two ways:

• Colourant (% of Part A) – used by manufacturers that specify pigment loading as a percentage of the resin component only.

• Colourant (% of Part A&B) – used by manufacturers that specify pigment loading as a percentage of the combined resin and hardener system.

Different resin manufacturers use different recommendations. Use whichever percentage matches your resin manufacturer's guidance.

Recipes can be saved and recalled at any time, allowing commonly used premixes to be reused without re-entering their formulation.

If you accidentally overpour the hardener, use the Rebalance Overpoured Hardener tool to calculate how much additional premix is required to restore the correct mixing ratio.
